2023 Pride Exhibition
Call for LGBTQ+ artists living in any of the Caribbean countries.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
March 3, 2023 – emails must be sent by 2 p.m. on March 3, 2023, for consideration.
Selections/Decisions will be announced by email by March 21, 2023.
The curator for this exhibition, Wilfred W. Labiosa, PhD, (Puerto Rico) is seeking submissions in any media including photography and video and in any style except sculptures. All works need to be able to be shipped to CMCARTS, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands so maximum size of canvas or paper should be no more than 2 feet (24”) x 2 feet (24”) or smaller. Work must have been made within the last 3 years.
Please send good quality photographs with the description and other details as requested, refer below. If selected, the artist must promptly ship the piece for framing on or before April 8h. All selections will be notified by March 21st. Artists can submit up to 2 pieces of art (for the exhibition) and must be members of the LGBT+ community. We recommend sending between 2 and 4 images of your work so the curator may gain insight into your artistic experience.
