Drawn to the Caribbean for its’ vivid colors, culture, sea life and flora, Jane Akin moved to St. Croix in 1998 to enjoy painting full time and living the island life. Jane received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of North Texas where she fine tuned her knowledge of the arts.  Working both as an artist and Interior Designer has given her the insight and expertise in all mediums of art.
