Age 9-12 Saturday, September 9 & 16 Clay Building 10-Noon Saturday, September 30: Glazing 10-Noon $30 total ($5 an hour includes all materials) In this class, students age 9-12, will learn some basic rules for working with clay, creating vessels using hand-building techniques-pinch, coil and slab. Students will then have the opportunity to create a work of their choice, an object of art or function. Students who have taken Clay Play before are welcome and encouraged to return to continue learning! Instructor: Donna Prock Donna has been involved in art since she was young starting with simple crafts. She enjoys working with all types of media to include paper, acrylic painting, resin, and other items to create pieces. Art has become her meditation; a world separate from the everyday as she focuses on bringing her visions to form.
