You’ll hand-build a heart-shaped ring dish and decorate it using colorful underglazes — choose matching palettes, modern patterns, initials, or designs that connect when placed side-by-side. Whether you’re coming with a partner, a friend, or on your own, this workshop is all about creating something meaningful and sweet. We’ll clear-glaze and fire your finished pieces so they return glossy, vibrant, and ready to hold your treasures. 🍷 Sip and create in good company 🎨 Perfect for couples, 🎨 No experience needed — just come play with clay *Each participant will get to choose a glass of white or red wine to enjoy during the art making process or non-alcoholic drink. Instructor: Donna Prock Donna Rae is the founder and creative force behind St. Croix Pottery, a studio born from a deep passion for the craft and a journey of personal transformation. She first discovered pottery in 2018, falling in love with the creative process of shaping clay. In 2020, Donna's mother joined in the artistic journey, inspiring a deeper connection to the craft. After her passing in 2021, Donna took a brief pause to reflect and honor her memory. Retiring from a distinguished military career in 2022, Donna chose to follow the call of the heart, returning to pottery with renewed purpose. St. Croix Pottery was born out of this fresh start. Today, her work reflects a balance of form, function, and deep personal meaning. Each piece carries a story—shaped by both the hands and the heart. Through St. Croix Pottery, she continues to explore new techniques, celebrate creativity, and honor the memory of a shared artistic journey with a mother who will always be an inspiration.
