Lessons are available to all ages and skill levels. $40 for an introduction lesson. Fall Semester September 2021 through December 2022. $600 (16 private lessons each 1/2 hour) $1200 (16 private lessons each 1 hour) Drumming $50 (4 sessions each 1/2 hour) Monthly Spring Semester January 2022 through May 2022 Contact Elizabeth at 340-513-3184 or earz.vi@gmail.com Ms. Elizabeth Robb holds a Bachelors of Music degree from San Francisco State University, with a concentration in African Music at the University of California at Berkeley with Master Drummer C.K .Ladzekpo of Ghana. Ms. Robb’s formal music studies began on piano at the age of six, she continued on Oboe from seventh grade and continued on saxophone, piano, percussion and voice throughout college. Qualified in all areas of music studies, her focus has been on Ethnomusicology, writing a Master’s level thesis on African Polyrhythm. Additional studies were conducted in Jazz at Berkelee School of Music in Boston, music and video recording technologies at Bolyston street Studios, and Channel 25 in San Francisco, and Video-editing: Channel 20, Washington, D.C. Before moving to St. Croix, she worked for several years with the Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C. as a Program Coordinator and Video Editor for six major festivals, including the 1990 Smithsonian Folklife Festival featuring the U.S. Virgin Islands.
